Denver, CO - Headwaters MB advised AuthenTechnologies (the “Company”), the world’s only provider of DNA-based species authentication technology, on its sale to NSF International.
Authentechnologies was launched in 2010 as the premier provider of DNA-based species identification services. The Company has developed innovative genetic sequencing technologies which are used to assure the authenticity, safety, and quality of natural products, from fresh and dried raw materials to supplements, food, and pharmaceuticals.
